NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Lawrence Circuit Court of Lawrence County, Indiana, in Cause No. 47C01-2504-MF-000416, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation was Plaintiff, and Brian E. Jones Sr. and Sherry L. Jones were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 10th day of February, 2026, at the hour of 1:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 1420 "I" Street, Bedford, IN 47421, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Lawrence County, Indiana.
A part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 4 North, Range 2 West, bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the Northwest comer of the Northeast quarter of said Section 23; thence South on the West line of said quarter section, 660 feet; thence East parallel with the North line of said quarter section 330 feet; thence North parallel with the section line 660 feet to a point in the present county road; thence West with the said road and section line 330 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 5 acres, more or less.
