NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lawrence County, Indiana, in Cause No. 47C01-2501-MF-000034, wherein Fifth Third Bank, National Association was Plaintiff, and Patricia K. Herald was the Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 10th day of February, 2026, at the hour of 1:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff's Office at 1420 "I" Street, Bedford, IN 47421, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Lawrence County, Indiana.
The North half of Lot Numbered Twenty-three (23) in Tolliver's Subdivision to the Town, now City of Mitchell, Indiana, according to the recorded plat of said subdivision recorded in Mortgage Record 15 at page 329 of the records of the Recorder's Office of said County and State.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
