By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lawrence County, Indiana, in Cause No. 47C01-2505-MF-000649, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC was Plaintiff, and Clarence R. Alexander, III, The United States of America, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development and Midland Credit Management, Inc. were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 10th day of February, 2026, at the hour of 1:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff's Office at 1420 "I" Street, Bedford, IN 47421, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Lawrence County, Indiana.
Forty-eight (48) feet of even width off the East end of Lot Number Eleven (11) in Section "C" in Albertson and Burton's Addition to the City of Bedford.
