The Defendants Diontae Ford and unknown spouse, if any, whose last known address is 2792 Hillstone Street, Columbus, OH 43219, and the unknown spouse of Shanda K. Ford, whose last known address is 736 Granby Place W, Westerville, OH 43081, will take note that Defendant Village at Stone Cliff Homeowners Association, Inc. (the “Association”) filed its Answer and Cross-Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio, 345 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215, seeking foreclosure of its lien interest in the real property located at 2792 Hillstone Street, Columbus, OH 43219, Parcel No. 010-277403-00; seeking a monetary judgment against the real property to include interest, fees, costs, attorney fees, and any other equitable relief; and for the real property to be sold and to apply the proceeds to these claims. The Defendants are required to answer the Association’s Cross-Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. If the Defendants fail to respond timely, judgment by default will be entered against them for the relief requested in the Cross-Complaint.
