NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING   The public will take notice that the City Council of the City of Kings Mountain has called a public hearing regarding applications for rezoning. The hearing will take place at City Hall, 101 W. Gold Street, Kings Mountain, North Carolina in Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 13, 2026during the regularly scheduled City Council meeting. Proposed new rezoning’s include:   • Z-25-13 To rezone parcel 7884 from Suburban Commercial (SC) to Semi-Urban Residential (SU)   The public is invited and encouraged to attend.
