Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Corp., said mortgage dated November 2, 2021 and recorded in the Bristol County (Northern District) Registry of Deeds in Book 27502, Page 306, said mortgage was assigned from Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Mortgagee, as nominee for loanDepot.com, LLC to NewRez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing by assignment dated November 14, 2024 and recorded with said Registry of Deeds in Book 29106, Page 279; said mortgage was assigned from NewRez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing F/K/A Specialized Loan Servicing LLC to J.P. Luiz, North 41 degs., 02' E. 124.81 feet to a corner, thence by the remaining land of this grantor by the following three lines, S. 39 degs. 22' E 94.76 feet to a corner; thence S. 34 degs. 47' W. 112.08 feet to a turn; thence S. 67 degs. 33' W. 45.00 feet to said Dighton Avenue thence by said Dighton avenue N. 22 degs. 27' W. 95.60 feet to the point of beginning
Meaning and intending to convey that portion of land shown on plan entitled, "Property in Taunton, Mass. Owned by Francisco P. Luiz, Scale: 1 inch = 40 feet, Dated November 1959, J. Stewart McNamara, a professional engineer. Said Plan is recorded in Bristol County Northern District Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 1344, page 285.
Meaning and Intending to describe the same premises as set forth in the deed dated July 14, 2020 and recorded July 16, 2020 with Bristol North County Registry of Deeds in Book 26109 Page 220.
The description of the property contained in the mortgage shall control in the event of a typographical error in this publication.
