BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 4th day of February, 2026 the following property to-wit :
A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon located and all rights, ways and privileges thereto and appertaining, being, lying and situated in the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section Eighteen (18), Township of Five North (T5N), Range Four West (R4W), Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows, to wit:
Begin at the Northwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 18 and thence proceed in an easterly direction along the Northern line of said forty (40) acre tract a distance of 450 feet to a point. From said point run South 0 degrees 28 minutes West a distance of 675 feet to a point, thence turn North 89 degrees East and run 150 feet to the point of beginning of the property herein described From the point of beginning thus established run North 0 degrees 28 minutes East a distance of 290.4 feet to a point, thence turn North 89 degrees East and run a distance of 150 feet to a point, thence turn South 0 degrees 28 minutes West and run a distance of 290.4 feet to a point, thence turn South 89 degrees West and run 150 feet back to the point of beginning containing one (1) acre more or less. All as per plat of survey of Daniel D. Sandefur dated September 29, 1980 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
Terms of Sale: FOR CASH "WITH" APPRAISEMENT
NOTE: ALL SALES MUST BE PAID IN FULL TO RPSO BY 2:00 PM ON DAY OF SALE. ALL FUNDS MUST BE PAID WITH A CASHIER'S CHECK, CERTIFIED CHECK, OR BANK MONEY ORDER. ANYONE INTERESTED IN BIDDING MUST SUBMIT AN IRREVOCABLE BANK LETTER OF CREDIT TO THE RPSO CIVIL DIVISION PRIOR TO THE SALE.
