By Virtue of Writ of Seizure and Sale to to me directed from the Honorable 1st Judicial District Court of Caddo Parish, Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, I have seized and will sell at Public Auction for cash according to law with benefit of appraisement in Room G-20, or any other place within the Caddo Parish Courthouse in said City of Shreveport designated by notice posted in the lobby prior to the sale, during the legal hours of sales on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 beginning at 10:00 A.M.
THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THE ACT OF MORTGAGE IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCE AT GOVERNMENT ANGLE POST NO. 3 ON THE U.S. TRAVERSE LINE IN THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SE/4 OF SW/4) OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 20 NORTH, RANGE 16 WEST, CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, AND RUN NORTH 44° 43'EAST A DISTANCE OF 31.7 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE TRACT HEREIN DESCRIBED:
THENCE RUN SOUTH 45° 17' EAST A DISTANCE OF 120 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 44° 43 FEET EAST A DISTANCE OF 180 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 45° 17' WEST A DISTANCE OF 120 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 44° 43' WEST A DISTANCE OF 180 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED THEREON.
