By Virtue of Writ of Seizure and Sale to to me directed from the Honorable 1st Judicial District Court of Caddo Parish, Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, I have seized and will sell at Public Auction for cash according to law without benefit of appraisement in Room G-20, or any other place within the Caddo Parish Courthouse in said City of Shreveport designated by notice posted in the lobby prior to the sale, during the legal hours of sales on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 beginning at 10:00 A.M.
PLAINTIFF'S MORTGAGE AND/OR PRIVILEGE AFFECTS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY, TO-WIT:
A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 16 NORTH, RANGE 15 WEST, CADO PARISH, LOUISIANA, BEING MORE FULLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS TO WIT: FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SECTION 25, RUN THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 23 MINUTES EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 25, A DISTANCE OF 875.4 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 41 DEGREES 50 MINUTES EAST A DISTANCE OF 183.1 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; RUN THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 39 MINUTES WEST, A DISTANCE OF 290.4 FEET TO THE WEST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF KEITH ROAD; RUN THENCE SOUTH 0 DEGREES 21 MINUTES EAST ALONG SAID KEITH ROAD A DISTANCE OF 150.0 FEET;THENCE RUN SOUTH 89 DEGREES 39 MINUTES WEST A DISTANCE OF 290.4 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 0 DEGREES 21 MINUTES WEST A DISTANCE OF 150.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, SAID TRACT CONTAINING 1.0 ACRES MORE OR LESS AND SAID TRACT BEING THE SAME OF "TRACT NO. 3" DESCRIBED ON THE MAP OF SURVEY ATTACHED TO DEED BEARING INSTRUMENT NO. 538398, RECORDED IN BOOK 1306 PAGE 755 OF THE CONVEYANCE RECORDS OF CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED THEREON AND ALL RIGHTS THERETO BELONGING; SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, SERVITUDES, RIGHTSOF-WAY AND OUTSTANDING MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD AFFECTING THE PROPERTY.
Said Property to be sold as belonging to the above defendant to pay and satisfy debt specified in said writ
together with attorney's fee, interest and costs.
