By Virtue of Writ of Seizure and Sale to to me directed from the Honorable 1st Judicial District Court of Caddo Parish, Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, I have seized and will sell at Public Auction for cash according to law without benefit of appraisement in Room G-20, or any other place within the Caddo Parish Courthouse in said City of Shreveport designated by notice posted in the lobby prior to the sale, during the legal hours of sales on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 beginning at 10:00 A.M.
THE MORTGAGE ENCUMBERS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY, TO WIT:
SOUTHERLY 27 FEET OF LOT 2, LYING NEXT TO AND ADJOINING LOT 3, MEASURED ON ARDMORE AVENUE AND EXTENDING THE FULL DEPTH OF SAID LOT 2 BETWEEN PARALLEL LINES, AND ALSO THE NORTHERLY 48 FEET OF LOT 3, LYING NEXT TO AND ADJOINING LOT 2, MEASURED ALSO ON ARDMORE AVENUE AND EXTENDING THE FULL DEPTH OF SAID LOT 3, BETWEEN PARALLEL LINES, ALL IN RESUBDIVISION OF PLOT 53, BROADMOOR, UNIT 1, A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF SHREVEPORT, CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN BOOK 300, PAGE 156 OF THE CONVEYANCE RECORDS OF CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, TOGETHER WITH ALL IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED THEREON AND BELONGING THERETO, MUNICIPALLY KNOWN AS 103 ARDMORE, SHREVEPORT, LA. 71105.
Said Property to be sold as belonging to the above defendant to pay and satisfy debt specified in said writ
