Application of Justin Liegey, [39 Lakeview Road, LLC, owner of record], 39 Lakeview Rd, South Salem, NY for the following variance of the proposed addition / renovation of an existing home with side yard setback of 8.00'. whereas 12'-0" are required in R-1/4 A zone as per Article IV Section 220- 12 schedule of dimensional and bulk requirements for residential districts of the Town of Lewisboro Zoning Code therefore requiring a 4.0' ft variance.
The property is located on the north side of (39) Lakeview Rd, South Salem, NY designated on the Tax Map as Sheet 33A, Block 11368 Lot 12, in an R-1/4A, One Quarter Acre Residential District consisting of approximately 0.14 acres.
