Twit is the trustee of the Arnie B. Twit Revocable Trust, dated July 15, 2004, which was restated on July 7, 2016. You are directed to contact the undersigned regarding matters relating to the administration of this trust. At this time, no probate administration is contemplated with regard to the above-referenced decedent's estate. Any action to contest the validity of this trust must be brought in the Iowa District Court for Polk County within the later to occur of four (4) months from the date of second publication of this notice or thirty (30) days from the date of mailing notice to all heirs of the decedent settlor and the spouse of decedent settlor whose identities are reasonably ascertainable. Any suit not filed within this period shall be forever barred. Notice is further given that the will of the decedent has been admitted to probate without present administration in the Iowa District Court for Polk County, that such will designates the trust as the residual beneficiary of the estate and all persons indebted to the estate of the decedent are requested to make immediate payment to the undersigned trustee.
