AMENDED NOTICE OF MOTION AND MOTION TO AMEND CONTEMPT ORDER PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Petitioner, Chastity A. Ramirez, by her attorneys, Sterling Lawyers, LLC, by Attorney Jeff Morrell, will move the above-named Court for the following relief: A. Granting additional periods of physical placement to Petitioner for those periods denied or interfered with; B. Granting additional phone call times with the minor children to Petitioner for those times denied or interfered with; C. Ordering that Mr. Ecker be arrested, regardless if the minor children are present; D. Ordering explicitly that the Sheriff physically place the minor children with Petitioner if and when Mr. Ecker is incarcerated, and if the children are with a third party, that the Sheriff physically remove the children from that third party and place them with Petitioner; E. Reissuing or continuing the injunction directing law enforcement to assist with enforcement of placement orders; F. Imposing a longer per-violation jail sentence; G. Imposing a per-violation financial sanction, enforceable by modification of child support via letter notice; and, H.
