SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on August 23, 2013, Jessie M. Sawyer executed a Deed of Trust to Paige Purvis as Trustee, for Quality Home MS, LLC, Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust is duly recorded in Book 7152 at Page 2373 of the records of the office of the Chancery Clerk of the First Judicial District of Hinds County, Mississippi; and WHEREAS, by various assignments on record said Deed of Trust was ultimately assigned to New Orleans Cultural Preservation Trust by Assignment dated October 23, 2017 and recorded in Book 7214 at Page 2266; and WHEREAS, heretofore New Orleans Cultural Preservation Trust substituted Stephen G. Younger as Trustee by instrument dated September 12, 2024 and duly recorded in the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's office in Book 7310 at Page 6616; and WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust Stephen G.
