Plainfield Ave Reconstruction – Phase 1" Contract, will be received by the City of Greenfield, City Engineer at 7325 W. Forest Home Ave, Room 203, Greenfield, Wisconsin 53220, until February 5, 2026, at 10:00 am, local time. Bids are required to be submitted electronically through www.QuestCDN.com. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the above time in Meeting Room 204. The project consists of W. Plainfield Avenue between S. 92nd St and S. 90th St; also including S. 91st Pl, S. 91st St, & S. 90th St. The project consists of approximately 3,650 linear feet of road reconstruction. Major work items and approximate quantities include: 9,600 cubic yards excavation common, 3,200 tons asphalt pavement, 10,050 tons base aggregate dense, 6,975 linear feet concrete curb & gutter, 2,200 square yards concrete driveway, 300 square feet of concrete sidewalk, 400 linear feet RCP storm sewer, 2940 lineal feet electrical conduit, 8,820 lineal feet of #8 AWG wiring, 10 light pole assemblies, 1 each hydrant alterations, and 4,700 square yards lawn restoration. All Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, payable to the City of Greenfield, in the amount equal to five percent of the bid.
