Bids will be received until 12:00 PM, local time January 29, 2026, and immediately after the deadline the bids will be opened and publicly read in the Westerville Public Library Admin Meeting Room. A pre-bid conference will be held on January 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the Activity Center at the Westerville Public Library located at the address listed above.
