NOTICE OF INTENTION TO IMPROVE INNIS ROAD FROM CLEVELAND AVENUE TO WESTERVILLE ROAD, CLINTON TOWNSHIP AND MIFFLIN TOWNSHIP, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO Owners of Real Estate in Franklin County, Ohio, abutting on either side of the following roads: Beginning at the intersection of Innis Road, County Road 171, and Cleveland Avenue, County Road 75, continuing approximately 2,700 feet easterly along Innis Road, to the intersection of Innis Road and Westerville Road (SR3). The improvement of said roads has been authorized by the unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of Franklin County, Ohio. All property owners and all other persons interested therein or affected thereby will take notice that the Franklin County Engineer, acting under an order of the County Commissioners authorizing and directing him to prepare estimates for the improvement of said roads, submitted the same to the Board of County Commissioners, together with a copy of the plans and specifications in accordance with the provisions of Section 5555.07 of the Ohio Revised Code, and that said plans, specifications and estimates are on file in the Office of the Board of County Commissioners of Franklin County, Ohio, for the inspection and examination by all persons interested therein, and all persons interested will take notice that Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. has been fixed as the time, and the Commissioners Hearing Room, located at 369 South High Street, Michael J. Dorrian Building, Main Lobby, Columbus, Ohio 43215 the place, for hearing objections to said improvement. If no objections to the adoption of said plans, profiles, specifications and estimates of said improvement are filed as set forth above, the Board of County Commissioners may adopt the same and order the construction of said improvement.
