LEGAL NOTICE   Aaron Mathew Lockhart whose last place of residence/business is 1827 36th Street Northwest, Canton, OH 44709, Shelby Lynn Lockhart whose last place of residence/business is 1827 36th Street Northwest, Canton, OH 44709 but whose present place of residence/business is unknown will take notice that on October 10, 2025 Plaintiff, Nationstar Mortgage LLC filed its Complaint in Case No. 2025CV02218 in the Court of Common Pleas Stark County, Ohio alleging that the Defendant(s) Aaron Mathew Lockhart, Shelby Lynn Lockhart have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below: Permanent Parcel Number: 302309; Property Address: 1827 36th Street Northwest, Canton, OH 44709. The legal description may be obtained from the Stark County Auditor at 110 Central Plaza South, Suite 220, Canton, Ohio 44702, 330-451-7357. The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
