NOTICE   The Zoning Hearing Board of Upper Makefield Township, Bucks County, PA, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 27 at 7:00 PM at the Upper Makefield Township Building, 1076 Eagle Road, Newtown, PA 18940, to consider the application of Edward and Lynn Breen, regarding Tax Parcel No. 47-034-149 which is located at 20 Dillon Way, in the R-2 – Residential High Density Zoning District of Upper Makefield Township. The property is improved with a single-family detached village house in an elderly housing community. The applicants are appealing the decision by the Township to deny their application to install an emergency power generator 4 feet from the side property line.
