NOTICE The Zoning Hearing Board of Bedminster Township, Bucks County, PA, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 7:00 PM, at the Bedminster Township Building, 3112 Bedminster Road, Bedminster, PA, to consider the application of William Mead., Appeal No. 518, regarding Tax Parcel No. 01-016-019, which is located at 7107 Old Easton Road, in the AP, Agricultural Preservation Zoning District of Bedminster Township. Applicant seeks to restore and adapt an existing historic garage into a one-bedroom single-story dwelling unit. To facilitate the proposed improvements, Applicant seeks a special exception under §1402 of the Bedminster Township Zoning Ordinance (“Ordinance”), for the Adaptive Reuse of a Class I Historic Resource as a B-10 Residential Conversion; and a variance from the setback requirements of §405.B10.h to accommodate front yard setbacks and side yard setbacks for existing conditions of the historic garage on site.
