Tidwell, her heirs, devisees and personal representatives and her or their successors in right, title and interest is a defendant, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey within 35 days after January 9, 2026, the date of publication, exclusive of such date. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your Answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court, Hughes Justice Complex, P.O. Box 971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625 in accordance with the Rules of Civil Practice and Procedure.
