NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON REZONING AND LAND USE AMENDMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Des Moines, Iowa, has adopted a resolution concerning a request from Austin Gilliam, Owner of the property located at 3601 Southwest 56th Street, to Amend the PlanDSM Creating Our Tomorrow Plan to Revise the Future Land Use Classification from Business Park to Low Density Residential, and to rezone the Property from "EX" Mixed-Use District to "N2b" Neighborhood District, to allow for the reconstruction of a one-household dwelling unit.
