Pursuant to Section 19.84(2) and (3) of the Wisconsin Statutes, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the appeal of Mitchell Contracting LLC, agent for, James and Denise Lee, 905 N 40th Street, (824.203.060), Manitowoc, Wisconsin, whereby requesting a variance to Municipal Ordinance Section 15.110(4)(b), to allow a reduction in the required 7.5-foot side yard setback area to a 1-foot side yard setback area for the construction of a 21' x 25' attached garage, in the R-2 Single-Family Zoning District.
The above appeal will be heard and acted upon at a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals on Tuesday, January 20th, 2026 at 5:15 pm. This meeting is being conducted both in the First Floor Hearing Room (East) at City Hall and via Zoom to maximize opportunities for residents to attend.
