The approximate location of this site is 3.9 miles west of Santa Teresa in Doña Ana County. El Paso Meter Station - The exact location of the facility will be latitude 32.092155 and longitude -106.768555. The approximate location of this site is 4.1 miles west-southwest of La Mesa in Doña Ana County. The standard operating schedule of this facility will be continuous.
