NOTICE
Transwestern Pipeline Company, LLC announces its intent to apply to the New Mexico Environment Department for an air quality General Construction Permit, GCP-Oil and Gas. The expected date of the submittal of our registration form to the Air Quality Bureau is January 16, 2026. This notice is a requirement according to New Mexico air quality regulations.
The names and locations of the facilities are:
Green Chile Meter Station – The exact location of the facility will be latitude 31.86488 and longitude -106.736361. The approximate location of this site is 3.9 miles west of Santa Teresa in Doña Ana County.
El Paso Meter Station - The exact location of the facility will be latitude 32.092155 and longitude -106.768555. The approximate location of this site is 4.1 miles west-southwest of La Mesa in Doña Ana County.
The standard operating schedule of this facility will be continuous.
Air emissions of any regulated air contaminant will be less than or equal to:
