The City of Panama City and Bay County, hereby gives notice of the intent to revise the flood hazard information on the Port Panama City Intermodal Distribution Center (Port IDC) property. Revisions are contained within the property boundaries and are consistent with Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) Case No. 12-04-5694R. As a result of the revision, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall increase, decrease, and be established, and the 1% annual chance floodplain shall widen, narrow, and be established within the area of revision.
