Stroud Township Gaunt Road Maintenance Building Terminus of Gaunt Road   1211 North 5th Street Stroudsburg, PA 18360 Stroud Township, Monroe County ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS   Sealed Bids for the construction of a Maintenance Building, gravel parking area, drainage facilities, utilities and related site improvements located at the terminus of Gaunt Road on property owned by Stroud Township. Bids will be received online via the PennBid Program, by Stroud Township, until 3 PM local time on February 12, 2026, when Bids will be opened and publicly available on Pennbid.   The opened bids will be considered and possibly awarded by the Township Board of Supervisors at its regular meeting scheduled for February 17, 2026, at 7:00 pm at the Stroud Township Municipal Building, 1211 North 5th Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360.   The Project consists of the clearing and grading of approximately 0.90 acres of land, construction of a 4,800 sf maintenance building, gravel access drive and parking area, stormwater management facilities, utilities, lighting, and landscaping.   Bids will be received for a single prime Contract.
