PUBLIC NOTICE
Please take notice that the Plumstead Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Plumstead Township Municipal Building, 5186 Stump Road, Pipersville, Pennsylvania to consider the application of CMH Homes Inc. concerning a property located on Stump Road, Pipersville, Plumstead Township, Pennsylvania, also known as Tax Map Parcel Number 34-004-019. The property is located in the Township’s R1 – Rural Residential Zoning District. The Applicant is seeking the following variances: (1) from Section 2309.B of the Plumstead Township Zoning Ordinance to build within the front and rear yard setbacks; (2) from Section 2401.7.C to build within the wetland margin and (3) from Section 2401.7.C to build within the riparian buffer zone. The Applicant is proposing to construct a single-family dwelling, driveway and detached garage.
The application and any accompanying documents are on file for public inspection Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Plumstead Township Municipal Building.
