PUBLIC NOTICE OF SESSION
BEFORE THE ZONING HEARING BOARD
The Zoning Hearing Board of Bethel Township, Lebanon County will meet in public session Thursday, January 22, 2026 to hear the following cases:
Case 01-2026. The petitioners, Bell & Evans Realty II, LLC, will appeal to the Zoning Hearing Board for a variance from Section 27-1103.C for relief of the maximum building height on parcel located along the Westside of Legionnaire Drive and the Northside of SR 22 (Tax ID # 19-2339353-407991-0000) located in the Manufacturing Zoning District.
Case 02-2026. The petitioners, Bell & Evans II LLC, will appeal to the Zoning Hearing Board for a variance from Section 27-1103.B.2(a) and 27-1103.B.3 for setback relief at 568 Chestnut Hill Rd (Tax ID# 19-2340372-406616-0000) in the Manufacturing Zoning District.
The hearings will begin at 6:00 PM at the Bethel Township Municipal Building, 3015 S. Pine Grove Street, Fredericksburg, PA.
