The petitioners, Bell & Evans Realty II, LLC, will appeal to the Zoning Hearing Board for a variance from Section 27-1103.C for relief of the maximum building height on parcel located along the Westside of Legionnaire Drive and the Northside of SR 22 (Tax ID # 19-2339353-407991-0000) located in the Manufacturing Zoning District.
