NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PRINCE GEORGE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION   The Planning Commission will hold public hearing on Thursday, January 22, 2026, beginning at 6:30 p.m. concerning the following request:   SPECIAL EXCEPTION # SE-25-0005: Request to permit the expansion of an existing Dominion Energy electrical substation within an R-A (Residential Agricultural) and R-1 (Limited Residential) Zoning District, pursuant to Prince George County Zoning Ordinance Section 90-103(15) & 90-202(6). The subject property is approximately 0.97 acres in size, located on Arwood Rd., and is identified as Tax Map 540(02)00-001-A. The Comprehensive Plan indicates the property is planned for Agriculture uses.   The public hearing will be held in the Board Room, third floor, County Administration Building, 6602 Courts Drive, Prince George, Virginia 23875.
