In accordance with the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 5, The Zoning Act, you are hereby notified that the Town of Stoughton Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on January 22, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in The Great Hall, Third Floor, 10 Pearl Street, Stoughton, MA, to consider and hear public comment on proposed amendments to the Town of Stoughton Zoning Bylaws and the Zoning Map as follows:
Provide for the establishment of a new Section 7.6 Senior Housing Development to establish regulations and definitions including changes to Section 3.1.4 Table of Use Regulations and Section 11 Definitions.
Persons interested in the above matters should be present at the above stated location and time.
