PRESS RELEASE SCHOOL DISTRICT OF WABENO AREA BOARD ELECTION January 7, 2026 Incumbent Emily Belland filed a Declaration of Candidacy prior to the 5:00 PM, January 6, 2026 deadline for one position representing the Forest County area, which includes parts of Forest, Langlade, and Marinette Counties. Incumbent Carlton Stealer filed a Declaration of Candidacy prior to the 5:00 PM, January 6, 2026 deadline for one position representing the Oconto County area. All positions are for three-year terms and will be on the ballot for the April 7, 2026 election. Residents of the School District of Wabeno Area are reminded that they can vote for both of the above candidates, regardless of the township or county they live in.
