NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 19, 2025, in Case Number 2024 CA 000942, of the Circuit Court in and for Escambia County, Florida, in which Central Credit Union of Florida n/k/a Loyalty Credit Union is the Plaintiff, and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or Other Claimants Claiming By, Through, Under, or Against, Jamie Scott, Deceased, and Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendants Who Are Not Known to Be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants, Gregory La Dell Taylor, John Doe #1, n/k/a Stephanie Mott, a Tenant in Possession, Richard Miracle Scott, Terrance L. Scott, Jamicce Ann Scott Jenkins, Gladys Marie Scott, Frederick Scott, Terrance Scott A/k/a "Terry" Scott and William Scott a/k/a "Willie" Scott are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at beginning at 11:00 am CST on January 28, 2026, at www.escambia.realforeclose.com, the following-described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lots 18 and 19 and the South ½ of Lot 20, Block 54, Ensley, a portion of Section 11, Township 1 South, Range 30 West, as recorded in Deed Book 87, Page 244, of the Public Records of Escambia County, Florida, also the West ½ of 10 foot vacated alley, of the Public Records of Escambia County, Florida.
Notice is also given pursuant to § 45.031(2)(f), Florida Statutes, that any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within one year after the sale.
