AUTHORIZING PAMELA BRODOWSKI OF BRB VALUATION AND CONSULTING SERVICES TO PROVIDE APPRAISALS OF VALUE FOR COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL, APARTMENTS AND RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES FOR 2026 BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Committee of the Township of Hazlet that Pamela Brodowksi of BRB Valuation and Consulting Services be and is hereby retained for the purpose of providing appraisals of value for Commercial, Industrial, Apartments and Residential Properties for 2026 in an amount not to exceed $15,000.00; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the retention herein authorized is made without public bidding pursuant to the Local Public Contracts Law of the State of New Jersey for the reason that the services to be provided are of a professional and specialized nature which are not required to be bid; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that remuneration is to be at the rate per hour as executed and approved by the Tax Assessor, not to exceed $15,000.00. If additional compensation is necessitated, any and all additional monies must be pre-authorized, in writing, by the Municipal Administrator; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk be and she is hereby directed to publish due notice of the appointment in the official newspaper in compliance with the Public Contracts Law; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief Financial Officer has certified that the funds are available from Professional Expenses (6-01-20-0150-00228).
