QUALIFYING PROFESSIONAL SERVICE CONSULTANTS, FOR VARIOUS PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES, FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2026 FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF HAZLET WHEREAS, the Township of Hazlet issued publicly advertised Requests for Proposals which were due December 3, 2025 for the purpose of selecting Professional Consultants: and WHEREAS, the Township Committee of Hazlet Township received qualifying proposals from Various Professionals; and WHEREAS, the Township Committee reviewed the proposals and finds that the Professional Service Consultants are fully qualified to act in their respective Professions for the Township of Hazlet. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Committee of the Township of Hazlet, that it does hereby approve all Professionals as qualified for appointment on an "As Needed" basis for Professional consulting services pursuant to a fair and open process under N.J.S.A. 44A:20.2 et seq. for a one (1) year term commencing January 1, 2026 and ending on December 31, 2026 without further Fair and Open Process Review.
