REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS VILLAGE OF ROTHSCHILD ROTHSCHILD, WI 54474 COMPACT TRACKED SPIDER/BOOM LIFT General Notice Village of Rothschild (Owner) is requesting proposals for the following equipment: Compact Tracked Spider/Boom Lift Proposals will be received via email until Monday January 26, 2026, at 9:00 AM local time. At that time the Proposals received will be reviewed by the Owner. The proposed compact tracked spider/boom lift shall meet, at a minimum, the following specifications: Max. Swing/Turret Rotation: 360° Non-continuous Warranties: Traveling Length: 14'5" (16'5" w/Basket) Parts and Labor 1-Year Traveling Height: 6'6" (7'3" Wide Mode) Structural 3-Year Proposal Requirements Proposals should include enough relevant information and detail for the Owner to compare it to other proposals received. At a minimum, proposals shall contain the following information: A. Detailed information about proposed equipment. B. Specifications on proposed equipment to ensure it conforms with requested specifications. C. Fee proposal that includes all costs associated with the equipment, deliveries, and warranties. D. Description of warranties and terms and conditions. E. Proposal contact information.
