By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of CIRCUIT Court of Monroe County, Indiana, in Cause No. 53C06-2202-MF-000188, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper was Plaintiff, and Kimberly A. Zimmerman a/k/a Kimberly Ann Zimmerman, et al., were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 20th day of February, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. of said day at www.zeusacution.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Monroe County, Indiana:
