NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 1, 2025 and entered in Case No. 052024CA052446XXCABC, of the Circuit Court of the 18th Judicial Circuit in and for BREVARD County, Florida, wherein DATA MORTGAGE INC., DBA ESSEX MORTGAGE is Plaintiff and KIERRA MICHELLE MURPHY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KIERRA MICHELLE MURPHY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; INTEGRITY MARKETING SERVICES; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; STATE OF FLORIDA; CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT OF BREVARD COUNTY; TOTAL PLUMBING, INC.; are defendants. Rachel M. Sadoff, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT THE BREVARD COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER - NORTH, BREVARD ROOM, 518 SOUTH PALM AVENUE, TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA 32796, at 11:00 A.M., on January 28, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
