Grady Richardson, applicant, on behalf of Salty Acres Adventure Park, LLC, owner, is requesting an Appeal of an Administrative Decision made by staff to issue a notice of violation to Salty Acres Adventure Park, LLC for operating a commercial enterprise without proper permits in violation of the County’s Unified Development Ordinance. The subject site is located on the north side of Carl Meeks Road, west of Shaw Highway in the Holly Township. The site may be further identified by Pender County Parcel Identification Numbers 3257-39-6422-0000 and 3257-59-0861-0000.
