SAID LOT HAVING A THIRTY (30) FOOT FRONTAGE ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF WALDBURG STREET BETWEEN EAST BROAD AND ATLANTIC STREETS AND A RECTANGULAR DEPTH SOUTHWARDLY OF ONE HUNDRED FIFTEEN (115) FEET TO A LANE AND IS BOUNDED AS FOLLOWS: ON THE NORTH BY WALDBURG STREET; ON THE EAST BY LOT NUMBER NINETY-THREE (93), SAID WARD; ON THE SOUTH BY WALDBURG LANE; AND ON THE WEST BY LOT NUMBER NINETY-FIVE (95), SAID WARD; TOGETHER WITH IMPROVEMENTS THERON KNOWN AS 609 EAST WALDBURG STREET, SAVANNAH, GEORGIA 30401, WITH PIN 20043-16014.  The Court has entered an Order for Service by Publication dated December 30, 2025.
