Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered December 4, 2025, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder at the First Lobby of the Oneida Courthouse, 200 Elizabeth Street, Utica, NY 13501 on February 9, 2026 at 9:00 AM. Premises known as 1323 Belle Avenue, Utica, NY 13501. Sec 319.79 Block 4 Lot 20. All that tract or parcel of land situate in Utica, County of Oneida, State of New York. Approximate Amount of Judgment is $76,710.37 plus interest, fees, and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index No EFCA2023-001283.
The foreclosure sale will be conducted in accordance with 5th Judicial District's Covid-19 Policies and foreclosure auction rules. The Referee shall enforce any rules in place regarding facial coverings and social distancing.
