By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 17th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, State of Louisiana, dated: 12/08/25, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shall proceed to sell at online auction on 02/11/26, beginning at 9:00 a.m., and bids may be entered on the platform having the following electronic address: www.bid4assests/LPSOSheriff to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:

The property described in the Act of Mortgage is described as follows:
That certain tract of land situated in the City of Thibodaux, Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, in Section 31, T 15 S, R 16 E, designated as Lot 3 of Belle Meade Addition as shown on plat of subdivision entitled "Belle Meade Addition" filed September 26, 1978, under Entry No. 480742 of the records of Lafourche Parish, prepared by Alvin Badeaux, Jr.. & Associates, Consulting Engineers. Said Lot 3 of the Belle Meade Addition is bounded in front by the right-of-way of Belle Meade Blvd. and has a width of 100', and a depth between equal and parallel lines of 110' and is bounded in the rear by Lot 6 having a width of 100'. Said Lot 3 is bounded in front or in a northeasterly direction by the right-of-way of Belle Meade Blvd., on the side or in a southeasterly direction by Tract B of the Belle Meade Addition, in the rear by Lot 6 of the Belle Meade Addition, and in a northwesterly direction by Lot 2 of the Belle Meade Addition. Together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of $206651.72 DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
