By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 17th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, State of Louisiana, dated: 01/06/25, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shall proceed to sell at online auction on 02/11/26, beginning at 9:00 a.m., and bids may be entered on the platform having the following electronic address: www.bid4assests/LPSOSheriff to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
Property will be sold in as is condition.
A certain lot of ground situated in the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, on the right descending bank of Bayou Lafourche, being designated as Lot Number 136 in the North West Subdivision, which may be clearly seen by reference to that map entitled, "Map Showing Lots 120, 128, 132, 136, 144 in North West Subdivision Addition Being in Sec. 48, T-17-S, R-20-E, Larose, LA, Lafourche Par.", prepared by G. Chris Whitty, C.E.., dated November 19, 1975. Lot No. 136 measures one hundred (100') feet in width fronting on Virginia Street by a depth of one hundred (100') feet between equal and parallel lines, bounded to the front by Virginia Street, bounded to the rear by property of vendor, now or formerly, bounded towards Bayou Lafourche by Lot No. 132 of North West Subdivision and bounded towards the marsh by Lot No. 144 of North West Subdivision together with all buildings and improvements located thereon and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
AND
A certain lot of ground situated in the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, on the right descending bank of Bayou Lafourche, in Section 48, T-17-S, R-20-E. Larose, said lot measuring thirty-five (35) feet by a depth between equal and parallel lines of one hundred (100) feet, said lot being bounded above or west by Lot No. 136, said Lot No. 136 appearing on a map entitled, "Map Showing Lots 120, 128, 132, 136, 144 in North West Subdivision Addition Being in Sec. 48, T-17-S, R-20-E, Larose, LA, Lafourche. Par:", prepared by G. Chris Whitty, C.E., dated November 19, 1975, bounded north and east or below by other property of vendor and bounded south by Edward Ledet, all boundaries now or formerly, together with all buildings and improvements located thereon and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
