NOTICE TO RESIDENTS
Please take notice that a public hearing will be held at the Board of Appeals Meeting at the RED RIVER TOWN HALL on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at 7:00 PM for the following:
Request by Mr. Jesse Pluess for a variance from Section 10.0221 D. that requires a minimum setback from a private road of 63 feet from the centerline or 30 feet from the edge of the described road or road easement, whichever is greater, to the developed private road to the East and the undeveloped private road to the South, a variance from Section 10.0307 E. that requires a minimum side yard setback of 10 feet to the North and a variance from Section 10.0307 E. that limits the height of the accessory structure to a maximum of 14 feet to the peak to allow for the construction of a 20' x 22' accessory structure on Parcel 31 018 1ASR 127 located at N9005 Debaker Lane. Said parcel is zoned Single Family Residential District - RS.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Town Board and/or Plan Commission may be present at this meeting to gather information about a subject in which they may have future decision-making responsibilities. All interested parties are invited to attend.
