TOWNSHIP OF LUMBERTON, BURLINGTON COUNTY, NEW JERSEY LAND DEVELOPMENT BOARD NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that upon the Application of Ronald Tubertini, (the "Applicant"), the Township of Lumberton Land Development Board ("Board") shall conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, commencing at 7:00 P.M., at the Municipal Complex, 35 Municipal Drive, Lumberton, New Jersey 08048, to consider the Applicant's request for a waiver of formal site plan review as this is a residential property and for the necessary variance(s) for size and capacity, and any other bulk variances relevant to the construction of the accessory Garage on the residential property located at 193 Fostertown Road, and more particularly known as Block 34, Lot 5.01, on the Official Tax Maps of the Township of Lumberton, Burlington County, New Jersey (the "Property"). Variances are necessary to the extent that the Garage deviates from requirements noted in Lumberton Zoning Ordinance Section 130-23. A waiver from site plan review is also applicable as this is a residential property and use. At the Public Hearing, the Applicant will request approval for the size and capacity variance(s) and all other additional bulk variances, approvals, waivers, exceptions, or interpretations, deemed necessary by the Board to allow the proposed accessory 1,200 square foot 4 bay Garage on the Property. This Notice is given in compliance with the applicable provisions of the New Jersey Land Use Law and the ordinances of the Township of Lumberton, County of Burlington, State of New Jersey, and all interested persons may appear at the public hearing and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
