LEGAL NOTICE   The City of Canton Director of Public Service will accept sealed bids on or before 2:00 PM local time Monday, January 26, 2026 for the Turbine Service Pump Repair and Well Maintenance Program. The City will open bids publicly shortly after the deadline for the submission of bids in the Purchasing Department Conference Room on the sixth floor of Canton City Hall. Bidders may review the full legal notice and Invitation to Bid at https://cantonohio.gov/448/Purchasing-Procurement and submit bids according to its instructions. Each bidder is required to provide with the bid a certified check or cashier’s check for 10% of the bid or a bid bond for 100% of the bid in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. The Board of Control reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid(s) deemed most beneficial to the City of Canton.
