The land with the buildings thereon in Brockton, Plymouth County, Massachusetts on the Southerly side of Hovendon Avenue and the Easterly side of Belcher Street, being shown as Lots 54 and 55 on a plan of land entitled, "Definitive Subdivision Plan of Land in Brockton, Plymouth County, MA, Scale 1”=20', May 28, 1995, Land Surveyors Incorporated, 51 Knapp Center, Brockton, MA 02301” said plan being recorded with Plymouth County Registry of Deeds, Plan Book 41, Page 661.
Property Address: 213 Hovendon Avenue, Brockton, MA 02302.
Title to the above described property conveyed to Thomas A. Walter, individually from Evelina S. Pires by Quit Claim Deed dated and recorded July 25, 2014 in Book 44567 Page 147 or Instrument No. 2014 00052011.
The description of the property contained in the mortgage shall control in the event of a typographical error in this publication.
