LEGAL NOTICE   NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF TAX ROLL AND WARRANT   TAKE NOTICE, that I, Cindy C. Todd, the undersigned Receiver of Taxes for the Town of Hyde Park, County of Dutchess and State of New York, have duly received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of taxes within the Town of Hyde Park for the year 2026, and that I will attend at the Hyde Park Town Hall, 4383 Albany Post Road, in the said Town of Hyde Park, commencing January 1, 2026 to February 28, 2026, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm on each day excepting Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays for the purpose of receiving the taxes listed on the said roll. For hours in the penalty period (March 1, 2026 - August 31, 2026) contact the office of the Receiver of Taxes at 845-229-5111, option 6.   TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the taxes may be paid on or before February 28, 2026 without charge or interest. On all taxes received after such date, there shall be added interest of 2 (two) percent if paid for the months of March 1st 2026 through May 31st 2026 and 4 (four) percent for the months of June 1st through August 31st 2026, until such taxes are paid or until the return of unpaid taxes to the Dutchess County Commissioner of Finance, pursuant to the law.   TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that pursuant to the provisions of law, the tax rolls of the Town of Hyde Park will be returned on the 1st Day of September 2026 to the Dutchess County Commissioner of Finance.   Dated: January 2, 2026   Cindy C.
