Letters of Office were issued on January 5, 2026 to KIMBERLY HAUTER, Independent Executor, 1224 S. 13th Street, Pekin, Illinois 61554, whose attorneys are HAYES & SARFF, P.C., 351 South Fourth Street, Pekin, Illinois 61554.  Claims may be filed on or before July 9, 2026 or six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this Notice of Claim Date, whichever is later. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred, except that the claim of a creditor who has been notified by mail or delivery of notice shall be barred on said date or three months from the date of such mailing or delivery, whichever is later. Claims against the Estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of said Circuit Court at the Tazewell County Courthouse, Pekin, Illinois 61554, or with the Independent Executor, or both.
