By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Monroe Circuit Court of Monroe County, Indiana, in Cause No.: 53C06-2503-MF-000627, wherein AmeriHome Mortgage Company, LLC, was Plaintiff, and Erin Elizabeth Loughery, David Ryan Raymond, was/were Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 20 day of February, 2026, at the hour of 10am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Monroe County, Indiana.
