NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Monroe Circuit Court 6 of Monroe County, Indiana, in Cause No. 53C06-2505-MF-001403, wherein Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC was Plaintiff, and Julie M. Mason a/k/a Julie Mason and Julius A. Mason a/k/a Julius Mason were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 20th day of February, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Monroe County, Indiana.
Lot Number Sixteen (16) in Chestnut Ridge, Section II, a Subdivision of the City of Bloomington, Indiana, as shown by the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 8 at page 152, and amended at Plat Book 8, page 209-210, and Miscellaneous Record 164, page 91 (Now recorded in Plat Cabinet B, Envelope 372), all in the Office of the Recorder of Monroe County, Indiana.
